Insane Thoughts: In search of love .. again..

Me: Lots of work rey.
And I’m in a very sad mood.
The post would come out very sad!

Angel: You should write a new post, even if it is very sad one.
V-Day carnival is in full flow on Ch1.

Me: Hmm.. ok.. I’ll see.

So, here is the post.
It’s for you my Angel.

This post is a sequel for one of my earlier posts, In Search of Love.

So our guy still believes in being straight forward.
Though his previous efforts for finding love were never successful, our guy learnt a few things.
As time progressed he learnt how to be subtle and straight forward. ( atleast in his own eyes he was subtle )

Valentine’s day is just 3 days away.
Our guy has been reading all the romantic posts of V-day carnival.
With each post he read, he grew more frustrated.

Knowing that finding love in 3 days is impossible,
he decided that he’ll find atleast a date for V-day.

He shortlisted his targets.
He knew all of them.
But he dint know if any of them saw him ‘That Way’.
Anyways he decided to test the waters.

Target 1: hii..
our guy: Whats up ?
Target 1: The ceiling ..
our guy: Very funny
Target 1: hehe..Nothing much..
our guy: hmm…so what plans for V-day?
Target 1: Nothin planned yet..
our guy: How about we go out for a dinner and then a romantic movie
Target 1: :D
our guy: So.. its a date?
Target 1: Would you mind if I bring along my boy friend
our guy: You have a boy friend!!
Target 1: Yup
our guy: :( .. What a waste of time.. I’ll talk to you later..I’m on a mission here..
Target 1: hehe..What mission..
our guy: I need a date for V-day!
Target 1: hehe..All the best then..

so, our guy realised assuming someone doesn’t have a boy friend is dangerous
and increased the chances of making a fool of himself.
so he changed his approach a little bit.

Target 2: Nothing much..
our guy: hmm…so what plans for sunday?
Target 2: Nothin..will stay home..
our guy: Come on..it’s V-day rey.. Your boy friend is n’t taking you out ?!!
Target 2: ohh I forgot! We’ll go out for dinner I guess.
our guy: You have a boy friend too!!
Target 2: Yup
our guy:
Target 2: hehe..Why sad..
our guy: Where are all the single girls gone!
Target 2: hehe..Dont worry..you’ll find some one..
our guy: ‘You’ll find some one’ .. The only scentence I hate in English!
People have been telling the same thing since I was 13!
Target 2: hehehe…

our guy: What are you doing?
Target 3: Nothing.. have to do some boring work
our guy: hehe…so what plans for sunday?
Target 3: Nothin..
our guy: No plans with your boy fren ?!!
Target 3: No. And its not my boy fren, my fiance.
our guy: Fiance!!
Target 3: Yup
our guy: you getting married .. :’(
Target 3: hehe..yup..this month..
our guy: hmm.. why dont we go out anyways! Dun worry.. I won’t tell your finace
Target 3: hehe..why don’t you give up..
our guy: hmm .. No point talking to you now.. I need to find a date before sunday!

our guy: how are you?
Target 4: great.
our guy: so what plans for sunday?
Target 4: hehe.. my hubby’s gonna surprise me..
our guy: Ohh.. You are married!
Target 4: yup. Didn’t I tell you before. I have 2 kids too!
our guy: OMG(to himself) .. ok..I’ll be right back..

so.. at the end of the day our guy found out among the 10 he shortlisted
1 was married!
6 were committed!
2 were single..in love with some one else..
1 was single..but not interested in men !!

so our guy,as usual spent the 25th Valentine’s Day of his life all alone..

I told him ..dude..don’t worry…
for people like us every day is Valentine’s day..
Don’t stop believing yet..!

The next day..

our guy: I made a new list ..
Me: New list already..!!
our guy: Every day is valentine’s day..Remember..!
Me: hehe.. so true..
